This is a fictional political profile of *deep breath*: Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, the First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of Meereen, Queen of the Andals and the Rhoynar and the First Men, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons.

Game of Thrones (GoT) constantly ‘throws the baby out with the bath-water’ with its characters. The TV series is particularly brutal; character development can be intensive and lives can be (proportionally) short.

You Spin or You Die: A Public Relations interpretation of Game of Thrones

I watch Game of Thrones.
I’ve re-watched it a few times, and I’ve developed a couple of different understandings of it — through Public Relations and International Relations perspectives; cultural phenomena such as popular TV shows can do more than just depict theoretical scenarios, they are highly complex and can be understood, or ‘read’ in many ways.

Here is my understanding of Game of Thrones, Seasons 1-4, from a Public Relations perspective.
